Making changes to an unpaid booking

If you realize prior to checkout that you’ve made a mistake (an incorrect first or last name of passenger, wrong booking dates or flight), please be informed that changes to the booking cannot be made at this stage.

You need to cancel your unpaid booking in the Customer Profile (“My Bookings” Section) and make another one. If seats are still available, you will be able to book your flight at the original price. If not, the system will automatically offer you the subsequent appropriate flight price.
