Credit Card Charge

Once you have completed your booking and entered your card details, your card will be charged by the Service Provider (the airline) via its head office (e.g. DELTA/DL) or country office (e.g. DL Travel Agency NYC, where DL is the Delta Airlines IATA code).

In case a Service Provider cannot accept your payment directly, your card will be charged by our partner and then the funds will be transferred to the Service Provider.

In both cases the ticket is considered paid at the moment of charging the Customer’s card.

The only difference is that in this case it will be OneTwoTrip listed on your account statement as the recipient of the payment. In all other cases the recipient will be the Service Provider (the airline).

According to Visa and MasterCard regulations, the funds will be debited from your account within 30 days of the date of purchase.
