  • Registration on the Website

    To register on OneTwoTrip, you need to press Log In at the top right-hand corner:

    Then you need to enter the required data in the Sign Up window (a valid email address and password):

    You will receive a registration confirmation email at the email address you entered.

    If you have an account on Facebook or Twitter, you may use it to log in without registration on the website.

    There could be several accounts linked to the same email address, with direct authorization and authorization through social media. Bonus Points will be credited to the profile with which you logged in.

    If you enter an incorrect password three times in a row, your account will be blocked and you will be able to use it again in 40 minutes. If you forgot your password, we can help you reset it. All you need to do is to click the “Forgot Your Password?” link.

  • Changing your email address

    An email address is needed to log in to

    If you signed up to our website using an email address to which you currently do not have an access, you can only use it to log in.

    At the time of booking, you can provide any other email and mobile number that you like and we will send you your booking information to these new contacts.

    If you made a mistake during the booking or entered incorrect details, there are several ways to verify that.

    After completing your booking, you will receive a text message with your booking confirmation containing your email address to which we’ve sent a confirmation message.

    If you notice that the email address is incorrect, please send the number of your booking along with your correct email address to our customer support. We will change your email address in your booking to the correct one and send you a confirmation email.

    You can also verify the contact details that you entered during the booking in your customer profile.

  • You don’t have to enter your details every time you book a flight

    If you’ve already signed up to and you’ve got a Customer Profile, you don’t have to enter details of frequent flyers every time you book flights.

    All you have to do is to enter the details once into the address book in your Customer Profile. There are no restrictions on the number of travelers. And you can also enter different travel documents for each traveler.
