Once you've completed your booking, you'll see your booking confirmation page. This confirmation page contains all information about your booking including the number of your order placed through OneTwoTrip.com and the reservation number of our partner which will be sent to the hotel. We will also send you a confirmation email with complete information about your booking.
If you see the "Pending Confirmation" status, don't worry. It just means we are checking with the hotel on your room availability. However, you can contact our Customer Support to expedite the resolution of the issue.
