Puede cancelar el billete tambi\u00e9n directamente en la aerol\u00ednea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si ya ha realizado el registro para el vuelo, debe cancelarlo para procesar la devoluci\u00f3n. Para ello, comun\u00edquese con la aerol\u00ednea por tel\u00e9fono, en el sitio web o a trav\u00e9s de sus representantes en el aeropuerto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el billete tiene varios vuelos, la devoluci\u00f3n se procesa solo para toda la ruta no utilizada. La devoluci\u00f3n de uno o varios tramos de la ruta no est\u00e1 disponible.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La posibilidad de devoluci\u00f3n del billete se determina por las reglas de la tarifa, y el importe final a devolver depende de las reglas de la tarifa en el momento de procesar la solicitud. Presione &#171;Cambio y devoluci\u00f3n de billete&#187; \u2192 &#171;Crear solicitud&#187; \u2192 &#171;Devolver billete&#187;. Indique los pasajeros y vuelos, luego seleccione &#171;Reembolso voluntario&#187;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el sitio web de OneTwoTrip&nbsp;en la secci\u00f3n &#171;Mi pedido&#187; seleccione la opci\u00f3n &#171;Cambio y devoluci\u00f3n de billete&#187; \u2192 &#171;Devolver billete&#187;. Indique los pasajeros y vuelos, luego seleccione &#171;Reembolso voluntario&#187;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego estar\u00e1n disponibles dos opciones:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#171;Quiero saber el importe a devolver&#187;\u00a0\u2013 elija esta opci\u00f3n si no est\u00e1 seguro de querer cancelar el boleto. En este caso, se crear\u00e1 una solicitud sin anulaci\u00f3n de la reserva y su billete permanecer\u00e1 activo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#171;Quiero devolver el billete, definitivamente no volar\u00e9&#187;\u00a0\u2013 elija esta opci\u00f3n si est\u00e1 seguro de que no volar\u00e1. Al crear la solicitud, su billete se anular\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente, no podr\u00e1 utilizarlo incluso si no hay importe a devolver o si se cancela la solicitud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para confirmar la presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud, ingrese el c\u00f3digo que recibir\u00e1 por SMS y correo electr\u00f3nico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cre\u00f3 una solicitud para calcular el importe a devolver y luego decidi\u00f3 no volar, canc\u00e9lela y cree una nueva, eligiendo otra opci\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.&nbsp;<\/strong>Procesamiento de la solicitud<br>El c\u00e1lculo del importe a devolver tomar\u00e1 alg\u00fan tiempo.
