We offer the Connection Guarantee service for some flights. It applies to connecting flights and helps you reach your final destination no matter whether your flight is delayed, rescheduled or cancelled. If the service applies to the flight you selected, you will be informed about it during the booking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can happen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You can miss your connecting flight because your previous flight was delayed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Your flight can be unexpectedly cancelled, even several hours prior to departure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Schedule changes may lead to missed connections on your itinerary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Searching for an alternative flight to your destination;<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      You can select one of these options yourself when there are more than 48 hours left until departure. If there are less than 48 hours left, we will offer you one of these options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Air traffic controllers strike;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Political turbulence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Earthquakes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Terrorist attacks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Volcanic eruption;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Airline bankruptcy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Connection<\/strong> Guarantee<\/strong> benefits<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. All passengers in the booking will be compensated for the cost of transfer to the new airport of departure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. All passengers will be accommodated in a hotel in case of a night flight delay of 8 hours or more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. All passengers will be provided with food and drinks in case of a flight delay of 4 hours or more.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          2. Do not make any changes to your booking without consulting the customer support;<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          4. In order to get a compensation for purchasing a flight that was not available for sale online, you need to send us a document confirming the purchase of such a flight within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
