Conditions
- You submit a flight change request on the OneTwoTrip website and in the OneTwoTrip app. You can also contact the airline directly. Flight change requests are accepted if more than 24 hours are left before departure. Please note that creating such a request does not mean cancelling your plane tickets.
- If you have already checked in for your flight, you will need to cancel your check-in to request a change. You can do this on the airline's website, through its customer support or through its representatives at the airport.
- Whether or not you can change your tickets depends on the terms set out in the fare rules. The flight change fee depends on the fare rules at the time of processing the request and the flight price on the selected date. In some cases, it may even exceed the new flight price.
- A OneTwoTrip service fee will be charged for a flight change.
- When changing flights, the airline cannot be changed. Seat availability and flight prices may change until the change process is completed.
- If the flight change option is not available in your booking, please contact our customer support. We will check whether it is at all possible to change your flight.
- If the change is not available, you will receive a notification stating the reason why your change request has been cancelled.
- If the airline has cancelled your flights or changed the departure time, you will receive an email with an alternative flight. Please confirm if you are OK with the alternative or request another option by contacting the airline or our customer support. How to create a change request
Changing a ticket includes:
- Creating a change request.
- Processing the request (calculation of the change fee).
- Confirmation of the calculation by the traveler.
- Processing the change.
- Receiving a new ticket.
1. Creating a change request
In the OneTwoTrip mobile app, go to Bookings and select your booking. Click Ticket Change and Refund → Create a Request → Change a Ticket.
On the OneTwoTrip website, go to My Travel and select Ticket Change and Refund → Change a Ticket.
Then enter passenger and flight details, and select a new departure date, travel class and the flight that best suits you.
Enter the code sent to you via email and SMS.
What to do if there is no suitable flight?
Contact our customer support and provide the booking number, itinerary, selected dates and flight. We will find out whether such a change is possible.
2. Processing the request
It will take some time to calculate the change fee. Once the fee has been calculated, a notification will be sent to the phone number and email address provided at the time of booking.
3. Confirming the calculation
The request will display information about the amount of time for confirmation, the change fee, and the service fee. Click Payment to pay the service fee for the ticket change.
- You can cancel your change request if the additional payment amount does not suit you. In this case, your ticket will remain unchanged.
- If you did not manage to confirm the request within the specified period, create a new one. The change fee will be calculated according to the fare rules at the time of processing the new request.
- You can pay for the change with a bank card, not necessarily the one you used to pay for the booking.
4. Processing the change
Once the service fee has been paid, it will take some time to finalize the change procedure. You will be notified when it is ready..
5. Receiving a new ticket
A new ticket will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. You can view flight details and download up-to-date documents in your booking.
