Fare rules set out the conditions, restrictions and fees for flight refunds and changes. So, we strongly recommend that you read them at the time of booking your flights.

You can review the fare rules at the time of booking and checkout. Once you've made your purchase, the fare rules will be available in your booking.
How do I know if I can change or refund my flight?
Look for Paragraph 16 in the fare rules: «PENALTIES».

CANCELLATIONS
- TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE;
- TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCEL/REFUND;
- REFUND IS NOT PERMITTED;
- ANY TIME TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE;
- TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF NO-SHOW (в случае неявки на рейс);
- BEFORE DEPARTURE CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED. CHARGE USD 70 FOR REFUND/NOSHOW.
CHANGES
- CHANGE IS NOT PERMITTED;
- CHANGE NOT PERMITTED IN CASE OF NO SHOW (в случае неявки на рейс);
- NAME CHANGE IS NOT PERMITTED;
- CHANGES IS PERMITTED ANY TIME.
