Customers can request involuntary refunds provided that they can present necessary supporting documents, in the following cases:
- Visa denial;
- No-show due to illness or death of a passenger or immediate family member.
Please note that in any case it is the airline that makes the decision to approve your involuntary refund request or not (some airlines do not consider visa denial or medical reason as involuntary one).
To be able to submit an involuntary refund request, you must cancel your tickets before the check-in for your flight is over (you need to contact the airline directly or our customer support to cancel your booking).
In case of involuntary refund applied discounts will not be refunded.
As an agency, OneTwoTrip can only send an involuntary refund request to the airline. We’re sorry but our operators cannot influence the decision-making process.
