If the room you booked accommodates the desired number of guests, we will contact the hotel to check if it is possible to add another guest.
If the room is not designed for more people, you will not be able to add a guest. For example, you cannot accommodate a second person in a single room.
In that case you can:
- Book another room.
- Request a room upgrade (usually for an extra fee). To do this, contact our customer support.
