How to change a reservation
- Check if there are any rooms available on new dates or for a different number of guests.
- Cancel your current reservation and make a new one.

How to cancel a reservation
If the booking conditions allow you to cancel it, you can do it yourself. To do this, go to the needed booking and click Cancel Booking. Then follow the prompts.
If you have selected a "No Free Cancellation" room, you will not be able to make changes to this reservation or cancel it without a penalty.
If you need to cancel or change your booking due to flight cancellation, illness, hospitalization, death of a guest or a close relative, etc., please contact our customer support and provide supporting documents. We will try to negotiate a minimum penalty, but the final decision in such cases is made by the hotel or service provider.
OneTwoTrip will charge a service fee of 10% of the cost of the reservation for processing a non-refundable cancellation.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before cancelling your reservation as it cannot be restored once cancelled.
