You can activate the Seat Selection service at checkout or after making the purchase. To enable the service on low-cost flights, please contact our support service.
Please note:
- Usually, seat selection is available no later than 36 hours before departure.
- The service is not available on some flights.
- The airline may change your seat selection before departure depending on the occupancy of the aircraft.
After the payment has been made, a notification confirming the purchase of the service (EMD receipt) and the check will be sent to the email address provided at the time the booking.
Extra Legroom Seats
These are the seats in the first row of economy class and near emergency exits. According to safety regulations, such seats cannot be occupied by:
- Children, regardless of age and presence of accompanying persons.
- Passengers under 16 years of age (in some cases 18 years of age).
- Passengers who do not speak English (they must be able to read instructions and understand verbal instructions from the crew).
- Pregnant women.
- Passengers who do not have sufficient health and strength to find the exit hatch, reach the handle and open it in an emergency.
- Passengers with disabilities, including passengers carrying medical equipment (oxygen concentrator, oxygen pillow, oxygen cylinder, crutches, cane, etc.).
- Passengers who use seat belt extenders and whose dimensions do not allow them to quickly perform the necessary actions in an emergency evacuation.
- Passengers under custody and/or deported/not allowed to enter the country.
- Passengers carrying pets in the cabin.
- Passengers who have ordered the service of carrying baggage in the cabin on a passenger seat.
Please note that the above are only the basic rules. In some cases, additional restrictions apply.
If passengers do not follow the safety rules, they will be moved to other seats in the economy class cabin, and their purchased seat will be cancelled.
