To sign up for or to access the App, you just need to select the appropriate option on the main screen and enter your valid phone number. We’ll send you a verification code via a text message to make sure the phone number belongs to you.
If you have already registered for an account on our website, please make sure you provided the same valid phone number in your customer profile.
If you’d like to change your phone number, please send a message to our customer support from the same email address that is used as your login. Please provide the old and current phone number in the message.
Please note that if you entered a different phone number while making a booking (for example, you booked a flight for a friend and entered his or her phone number), then this booking will still appear in your customer profile in the App. That being the case, your friend will be able to manage the booking using his or her phone number through My Travel on the website.
