E-tickets are generated automatically within a few seconds after payment. Sometimes the process can take up to 30 minutes. In some cases, for example, when booking a low-cost flight, it can take up to 24 hours. You will receive an SMS with the booking status and an email with travel documents to the email address provided at the time of booking.
If your booking status remains “Processing” and you have not received an e-ticket receipt, or if your booking includes tickets for only part of the passengers, please contact our customer support providing your booking number in the request.
Do not create your booking again if you have not yet received your e-ticket.
