Transportation of passengers with special needs must be coordinated with the airline in advance. Requests are accepted no later than 72 hours before departure. To order such assistance, please contact our customer support, provide your booking number, type of request and which passenger requires this service. We will forward the request to the airline.
Types of requests based on passenger needs:
- STCR - passengers on a stretcher (must be accompanied by another passenger);
- MEDA - passengers who may need a medical examination;
- MAAS - passengers who need to be met and escorted, who need assistance in retrieving baggage;
- BLND - blind (visually impaired) passengers. If a blind passenger is accompanied by a guide dog: the guide dog is transported free of charge upon presentation of a supporting certificate. The guide dog must be muzzled and tied at the passenger's feet;
- DEAF - deaf passengers;
- DPNA - passengers with intellectual disabilities (passengers with intellectual disabilities capable of understanding), requiring to be accompanied:
at the airport before departure – from check-in to boarding the aircraft;
at the airport upon arrival – from the aircraft to being handed over to those meeting them at the airport;
on board the aircraft – the passenger is under the supervision of a responsible flight attendant.
Passengers of this category are transported upon presentation of a medical certificate indicating the need for being accompanied. Registration is made at the medical center of the departure airport.
For passengers with wheelchairs:
- WCHC - passenger who are completely immobile, who require wheelchairs to and from the aircraft, who are unable to walk up/down the gangway, and are unable to walk to their seats on the aircraft;
- WCHS - passengers who require wheelchairs to get to the aircraft and who are unable to walk up/down the gangway but are able to walk to their seats on the aircraft;
- WCHR - passengers who require wheelchairs to and from the aircraft and who are able to walk up/down the gangway and to their seats in the aircraft.
- WCBD – passengers with their own dry cell battery-powered wheelchairs.
- WCBW – passengers with their own wet cell battery-powered wheelchairs.
